The funds raised through the generous support of individual donors enabled BHER to provide our students with solarlamps useful for studying in the after-class hours at home. Thank you!

Vision

BHER seeks to contribute to efforts to establish the conditions for justice, sustainability, and peace in Kenya, Somalia, and the surrounding Eastern/Central African region through the provision of equitable, inclusive, gender-sensitive and culturally responsive university programs to untrained teachers and community educators in the refugee encampments of Dadaab, Kenya.
